We prepared our pages for dictionary of plants

 We researched about plants for the dictionary for common product at school together. Then we  decided to prepare information about cherry and date. We made an online meeting and finished our work.Thanks my students.

Students painting cotton bags and t-shirts

 Students obtained natural dye from onion peels, black cabbage, spinach and weeds. However, they learned one more secret mission of plants. They had fun by painting t-shirts and cotton bags with the dyes.

 We made dyes from onion skins, kale and garden weeds. Students dyed T-shirts with these dyes at the school garden.

An online conference with Dr. Füsun Ertuğ

 We organised an online conference with Dr. Füsun Ertuğ who is an archaelogist and ethnobotanist.She talked about plants and their practical uses with the traditional knowledge of culture and people.Also she told the 'Sepethane' which is the museum of hamper in her garden.It was an enjoyable conversation.As Mehmet Akif Ersoy Secondary School thanks.
