Our students used tree observation cards. They examined the leaves of different types of trees. They had fun and had information about trees.
Endemic plants are special because they are found in only one location on the planet, and nowhere else. Every species is unique and irreplaceable. It is also a potential source for immense untapped material wealth in the form of food, medicine, and other commercially important substance. Endemic species are biyological wealth and part of a country’s heritage. We must protect them.
On March 8, we planted corn seeds with all partners. We will measure the seedlings tomorrow. Next we will create a chart. Growing a plant from seed is truly a miracle. We are very excited about this.
